Welcome to Every Single Moment

Why this project exists, what it believes, and what you can expect from it.

There is a common idea that kindness belongs to big occasions. The fundraiser. The crisis. The holiday season. Those matter, and they are also rare.

Most of life is made of ordinary minutes: a checkout line, a group chat, a hallway, a kitchen at the end of a long day. This project is built on the belief that those minutes are where kindness does most of its work.

The idea in one sentence

Every single moment gives you a choice about how to treat the person in front of you, and that includes the person in the mirror.

That is the whole idea. It is simple, and it is not always easy.

What to expect here

  • Short reads. Most articles take three or four minutes.
  • Something to try. Each one ends with an action small enough to do today.
  • Honesty. Some days kindness comes easily. Some days it takes real effort. Both get written about here.

You do not need more time, more money, or a better mood to be kind. You need one moment and the decision to use it well.

How to use this site

Read what is useful and skip what is not. If something helps, pass it on to one person who could use it. That is how this spreads: one person, one moment, one small act at a time.

If you would like new articles sent to you, subscribe by email. It is free, there are no ads, and you can leave whenever you like.

Try this today: before the day ends, do one kind thing that nobody asked for and nobody will thank you for. Notice how it feels.

If this helped, pass it on to someone who could use it today.
